Adult Easter Egg Hunt at Eberle Winery Sunday April 8th Eberle Winery Let the kiddies have their fun and then join us at Eberle on Easter Sunday for an "adult" Easter egg hunt. $10 earns you a basket... your task is to check the grounds and look for the plastic eggs (one egg allowed per person). The golden egg wins you a mixed case of wine. Other eggs offer special deals in the tasting room and discounts on our award-winning wines. Fill in your Easter card and you'll be put into a drawing for items from the Eberle boutique. As always, Eberle offers complimentary wine tasting and cave tours from 10am - 6pm daily. The main event is Saturday's Earth Day Food & Wine Tasting at Pomar Junction Vineyard & Winery. Over 200 purveyors of sustainably produced foods and wine will be on hand for a truly unique event: growers, vintners, and chefs coming together to serve out-of-this-world pairings of award-winning wines with one-of-a-kind dishes made with locally-sourced fruits, vegetables, meats, cheeses, olive oils, chocolates, and more. Trust us, you won't go hungry! Eos Estate Winemaker, Amy Freeman, will be present and discussing production techniques and their effects on our incredible wines. Wine for purchase and tastings available. April 7th: Steve Bernal Steve grew up on a farm in the Salinas Valley and ever since he could talk has always enjoyed entertaining people. While a senior at Paso Robles High School, he once saw a redneck cowboy sitting on the back of a pickup truck, playing guitar and having all the girls at the party captivated. Steve instantly did what most teenagers would do – go buy a guitar and learn how to play. He has been performing cover songs influenced by Jimmy Buffett, James Taylor, and The Eagles acoustically since his first gig in 1986 and has been hooked ever since. In December of 2009, Steve released his first Indie album, “Out Of My Shell”, which also features three of his own original songs. April 21st: James Sweetwater James, a local from Templeton, calls himself a traveling musician, seafarer, songwriter, performer, and storyteller. As he accompanies himself on guitar and banjo, he will explain “it’s the story of the universe told in song.” With his country, folk rock, and rock tunes, James enjoys entertaining and captivating a variety of different audiences. However, the most important thing for him is that everyone will take something home with them – a good feeling. He looks forward to sharing his feel good vibes with Vina Robles again this Spring.
