Bordeaux Blending Seminar Sunday January 15th Le Vigne Winery Join our winemakers, Jac Jacobs and Michael Barreto, for a seminar and learn all about the craft of blending wines. You will learn the art and science that goes into making the perfect Bordeaux blend. You will make a bottle of your own personal blend to take home. Be a winemaker for the day! Join us for this informative and entertaining seminar. A light lunch will be provided. La Familglia: $25 per person (includes one 750ml bottle of wine). $40 per couple (includes one 750ml bottle of wine). This Saturday, Harris Ranch will feature Top Sirloin prepared with three of their chef's favorite seasonings. Taste the different flavors and learn how they pair best with our wines. Beef pairing is complimentary. Toast of Paso - SLO Symphony Chamber Concert Featuring Beethoven's Buddies Saturday January 28th 5pm - 7pm Vina Robles Winery Paul Severtson, Violin - Grace Seng, Violin Michael Nowak, Viola - Nancy Nagano, Cello Join Michael Nowak & the musicians of Beethoven's Buddies for a lovely evening of chamber music complemented by light hors d'oeuvres and fine Vina Robles wine.
