Chef Bloxsom-Carter served as Director of Food and Beverage and Executive Chef at the Playboy Mansion for 28 years. After visiting Paso Robles Wine Country over the years, William and his wife Katherine decided to put down roots and purchase a Bed and Breakfast on the beautiful hillsides of Paso Robles. Here Chef Carter creates cuisine in an intimate venue while sourcing local produce, meat, poultry and fish from the Central Coast.
