
Sylvester Winery Saganaki
Ingredients:
8 oz. Kasseri Cheese, shredded
¾ teaspoon red wine vinegar
¾ teaspoon lemon/ orange juice
¼ teaspoon dried oregano
1-1/2 tablespoon brandy
1 baguette-sliced
Melt Kasseri cheese over medium heat in a skillet, Stirring
occasionally. Whisk the vinegar, lemon juice and oregano into cheese
and whisk to blend.Rim with brandy and ignite. Serve immediately with
sliced bread and a glass of red wine.
