Penman Springs Vineyard is a family-owned, artisan winery situated in the rolling hills east of Paso Robles. Proprietors, Carl and Beth McCasland, refer to their 40 acres as a "garden" and the magic of Penman Springs starts in the vineyard.

The Adelaide Inn’s name was taken from our favorite area with its beautiful countryside of oak covered roads, running streams and varied wildlife in the hills west of town. It is here that one can sense a slower pace and friendly hospitality reflective of simpler times.
