1-hour session with Nancy McDevitt. Relaxing and Mindful Hatha Yoga will bring beauty to your weekend and happiness to the heart!



Yoga is 10am -11am
Yogis: Bring a mat, towel, blocks & strap and water bottle.
You will be rewarded for your hard work with a glass of our award-winning Signature Sparkling or Mimosa Concoction!



And since you'll already be here, plan to stay for lunch! Central Coast Cuisine will be BBQing the afternoon away.

Lunch and live music start at 12 noon.
