Penman Springs Vineyard is a family-owned, artisan winery situated in the rolling hills east of Paso Robles. Proprietors, Carl and Beth McCasland, refer to their 40 acres as a "garden" and the magic of Penman Springs starts in the vineyard.

Drawing inspiration from the beauty of Paso Robles wine country, Allegretto Vineyard Resort by Ayres evokes the character and charm of an Italian vineyard estate. The first of its kind in “Paso” and a world unto itself, the Allegretto is situated on 20 acres of meandering walking paths, manicured Mediterranean gardens, wine-grapes and olives and fruit orchards.
