Villa San-Juliette - Spring Pairing Menu Series
We’re thrilled to welcome back our pairing menu series kicking it all off with the fresh flavors of Spring! Winemaker Dan Smith and Chef Roberto Lavarini have collaborated on a curated tasting flight with food pairing bites to elevate your VSJ experience. The menu will be updated each season until Thanksgiving weekend. This experience will be limited to 24-30 seats Thursday – Monday and a 6 person max.

Villa San-Juliette - Winemaker Dinner – New Label Preview
A 5-course meal on the patio prepared by Chef Roberto and hosted by Winemaker Dan Smith as we celebrate the first night of Wine Festival Weekend. This Spring evening event will be accompanied with live music by local sensation, Sami Rouissi, while Dan officially reveals our brand new labels. You’ll the first to taste and acquire these beautiful new bottles.
